I develop a unique program for each client that is tailored to their needs, preferences, and comfort level that incorporates various forms of yoga practice (both asana, breathwork, and meditation).
Whether it's a 10-minute ice breaker, lunchtime yoga class, or mindfulness practice at a conference, I enjoy finding creative ways to incorporate a good stretch into any scene.
Group fitness classes are a great way to find a rhythm, get fit, and maybe even make some friends along the way. I offer classes at Balance Gym in DC and Sportrock Climbing Center in Alexandria, Virginia.
For me, yoga is always about relationships, and I have loved giving back to my communities in DC and Berlin by providing classes at the US Botanic Garden, Georgetown University, and the Hertie School of Governance, among others.
