Ashtanga-Inspired Yoga Flows
Designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, these classes takes you through a variation of the Ashtanga primary series and meditation and breathing exercises. All levels are welcome, as the class is adapted to the needs and preferences of the students each week.
